I have so many things to blog about seh.
Just don't know where to begin.

Let's start with our pet cockatiel,Booo la.
This bird is so cute nak mampz okay.
The most sardin bird I've ever seen.

Usually (on Sundays) Nyla and E will take Booo downstairs and let it perch on the bench while feeding it some vitamins.

Now pls imagine the route to go downstairs.
Booo will perch on Esman's shoulders as E walked along the corridor.
Got chance to escape right? He never la.
He'll just enjoy the reservoir view. Kecoh right this bird?

We didn't clip his wings. Already keep bird as pet macam so kesian, what more if we clip his wings. :(
Nyla is trying very hard to be the best pet owner ever it is very touching to observe.

Every morning, she will read a book to him. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays (English book) Tuesdays and Thursdays (Malay book)... (Yah I was the one who gave her the idea of alternating English and Malay so she can improve on her reading aloud skills.). Of course I didn't tell her the reason. Wait she will stop this habit. Its a win win situation for everyone man. Muahahahah! And really, the bird really looks forward to his reading sessions.

Just look at Booo. Step music teacher seh. Macam nak sepak seh ni burung.

Nyla will also give dancing lessons to Booo on some days and make him watch the music videos. His all time favourite? Opppaaaa Gannngnaaaam Style! I know it's dah basi but Booo very pantang if we play this.

So far we have only taught him to sing 2 songs.
"Happy Birthday" and "If you're happy and you know it..."
Sometimes this bird will get all confused and do mash up of these 2 songs.Step glee la. :p
Later I show you the video.

Anyway, shout out to Abang Sam and wifey!.
We had a wedding invite last night and they were such awesome company. Loving couple also these 2 after 18 years of marriage. Wow.

 Me and Mrs Sam!

Tomorrow I'm bringing my right hand woman, Alina, to Abang Sam's at TripleOne Somerset Glitz Hairworks.
Chinese New Year coming mah so must look more chiooooo. Hehehehe.

Must thank again my mom for selecting this sooooo pretty fabric and sewing a maxi cape for me!
If you must know, my mom only sewed a piece for Shireen who wore it to Ungu Concert.

I saw her Instagram Photo and asked my mom to sew another same one for me. Very "Copycat kiss the rat go home let your mother slap!"
In this case, go home let your mother SEW! Heheheh!

Thanks Shireen and Kak Asnida for rocking the Maxi Capes!

Still at the topic of moms, my mother in law tagged along to my viewing session yesterday at Sengkang. Haha! I really feel that I am the most kecohrable real estate agent ever.

2I? Huh?

If you see my Bedok 2I listing  here  and your question is, “What is 2I? As in what kind of flat is that?”

Answer: This absolutely cosy unit has ONE living area…ONE bedroom….ONE kitchen….ONE bathroom.
Kiut Miut kaannnnnn?

And it is definitely rare to see this kind of unit for sale because many of the home owners are elderly with no intention of selling their flats hence it can be extremely difficult to find one on the market.

If you think “Aiya, I’m not old la. This kind of flat is only for the old people.”

I tell you ah…This kind of layout is especially appealing to singles as well as yuppy couples.

If you’re single (35 years above), you can secure this on your own.
If you’re single (21 above) and living with just your mother or father or sibling, this type of unit is definitely for you if you’re seriously considering to own a flat
If you have elderly parents who are staying in a big flat…just the 2 of them, then you should encourage them to move to a smaller unit….Easier to maintain. Also, they get to enjoy the cash proceeds during their golden years from that sale of their bigger flat.
If you’re a couple with no children, yes you might want to consider this “Condo Style”  unit for a fraction of the price!

Somemore, Bedok is a mature and well-established housing estate.
Tough to get a HDB unit for LESS than 300K now.

If you'd like more information regarding this 2I or anything related to property, just holler me at 97248866.
If shy to talk, sms. :p

Like so long like that never log on to
So sorry if you all have been coming here for updates, only to find none. :(
Nyla is off to school and I feel the need to squeeze in some time to blog before my 2p.m. appointment.

Now that the new school term has begun, it's time to pay attention to Nyla and my tutees.
Last year, I thought that I could take in more tutees...I thought wrong.
Seems that God has better plans for me.
I've been receiving so many enquiries with regards to real estate.
So now, I only teach weekend mornings and will conduct viewings in the afternoons/evenings/nights.

The past two weeks were absolutely crazy.
I'm trying extremely hard to juggle as many roles possible.
My weekday mornings are totally not to be touched because I need to settle E and Nyla to school.

Pls, if you think I am trying hard to impress you with a "Aku Superwoman kannnn?", I'm not.
Only God knows my trying times and how grateful I am to my loved ones.
Like how a last minute viewing crops up and I have to activate my parents or in laws.
That or call E and tell him to rush home ASAP.
Sometimes so desperate I have to call my brothers and get them to fetch Nyla.
Really feel like I'm a burden.

Last week, I realised that I have been stretched really thin.
I really needed that extra hand who is reliable and capable of helping me with my real estate every day tasks like arranging for viewings, call bankers, managing my schedule...yeah the administrative duties.
Thank you Alina for taking care of all these stuff for me. :)

Since we are at the topic of real estate, those of you who are new owners and would like to renovate your house, please listen to my advice....
If you have a balcony, outdoor space, say NO to laminated flooring.
Water plus Laminated= Disaster.

This time round, we creeevvveeer. We chose tiles.

How I also am missing collaborating with my sew terrific mother.
Most of you would probably have seen this on my Facebook/Twitter/Instagram...
When she surprised me with this Maxi Cape, I felt that it was her way of saying, " I miss sewing and seeing you wear my creations, Kin." Soon Mom. In shaa Allah!

Mom came over and spent the night at my place 2 days ago because both Papa J and Jambi were away on business trips.
I tell you, she was so naggy the whole time she was here.
#masoktelingakanankeluar telingakiri

Inspector Puan Hajah Rokiah la katakan.

And this Nyla FUHYOOOO! She damn yayapapaya when Mom was here la.

Me: Nyla, later settle homework.
Before she could reply, her darling Nenek replied, "Budak ni baru balik dari sekolah Kin. Kasi dia relax pls."
Nyla smiled a "Haha. Padan muka!" smile at me la.

Nyla also has this habit of standing against the door after her shower and be amused with her own 'body contour.'
Everytime I'll scold her...but no use la ah cos everytime she still does it.

My mom witnessed this and said,"Sayang, don't do that. Licin, nanti jatuh!" followed by giggles la.
Can laugh somemore.

When I heard that I just said this, "Wow Mom. Tak nak cubit ke?"
Her reply: Sayang anak lain. Sayang cucu lain. You discipline Nyla. I manja her. That's my job.

Nevertheless, it was really nice to see such a strong grandmother-granddaughter bond.

Ok peeps, gotta go. Have a great weekend ya.
