SOS


Alhamdullilah, 2 homes have found their owners whom I'm sure will fill these homes with even more love and laughter. Thank you to all those who have been involved in the whole process...all who came for the viewings...all who offered...etc. :)


I now need your help.
Need all the super powers I can get. :)

The whole morning, I have already massed SMS agents to help me with my current listings I have.

These 3 types of listings somehow are related to my parents. 
BOTH sets.

One SENGKANG (That's where my parents in law are!)
Another, CHOA CHU KANG (That's my parents' area!)
Then the third one JURONG (Last time, my playground!)

Coincidence. And because I frequent these 2 places, I know Sengkang and Choa Chu Kang pretty well!

 This 4 room premium flat is WOW ok. Condo style indeed. A corner unit. Next to Buangkok MRT..Next to 24 hours NTUC and kopitiam....Between Hougang Mall and Compasspoint. Move in condition! And definitely one of the best deals in this neighbourhood!

2) 305A Anchorvale Link
 This 5I unit is so spacious I bet you if you step in,  you'll say,"Wah big ah!"  Their renovation works also to my taste one. Flooring is dark brown laminated timber strips. You really don't need to do much. Just add your furnishings and this home will look grand! Think white sofa...white and dark brown very nice combi one. Ler, nak step jadi interior designer pulak aku ni.

VALUATION: 490K COV:10K 

Moving on to Mr Jasni's and Mdm Rokiah's territory pulak... (My parents! lol)

1) 690A Choa Chu Kang Crescent
A well kept 4'A' home. Smells nice too. Thanks to their fabric softener. Hehe! Near to schools and Yew Tee MRT station too.Very bright and windy place. Everytime I step into their home, I feel like I'm in some kind of Balinese resort. Padahal never go to Bali before.

VALUATION: 403K, to close at 420K (That means 17K COV la tu.)

2) EA 101 Teck Whye Lane


Matured neighbourhood with so many amenities left right centre. High floor. Only 2 units on the floor. Lift will be built somemore which means only 2 families sharing the lift. Maciam condo but HALF the price and TWICE the space.
Really rare executive apartment.

PS: Please don't be confused EA with EM. EM is a masionette. (ada tangga) EA is simply said huge with 4 bedrooms. Just look at the size of the kitchen. Nowadays, the current kitchen layout, where can put dining table and chairs one? You put 1 stool already so cramped.

VALUATION: 545K COV: 60K

3) EA 627 Jurong West St 65
With Pioneer mall (ada Giant..Macdonalds!) so super near, this unit is very highly sought after. Yes, also superbly renovated. This house, if you still wanna renovate, I don't know what to say seh! Walking distance to Pioneer MRT.

PS: Extremely good if you are the kind to take MRT to work, you confirmed will get seats one. (Cos I know of people who travel backwards to Joo Koon/Pioneer just so that they can sit down, then continue their journey to work in town or East.) Muahahhahaa.

VALUATION: 560K COV: 60K

By the way I also have a 5A unit at 419 Woodlands St 41 available for rent tau. Unique layout. Its a TWO 3rm units combined.
